Aquila 101 Apartment

30 Nov 2025, 7 Nights, 1-12 people, Self-catered
From £6,791

L'Aquila is a fabulous ski in/out property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area. It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. The property is located very close to the starting point of the bus routes to all Val d’Isere ski areas.

Set over two floors, this first-floor apartment comfortably sleeps up to twelve guests across six bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The entrance hall has plenty of space for ski gear, with a bench and coat cupboard, plus a guest WC. A few steps lead to the spacious dining area with a large table for twelve and direct access to a wide outdoor terrace overlooking the slopes. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast bar with stools, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer and full-size fridge.

The cosy sitting room has two large sofas, four armchairs, a flat-screen French TV with basic UK Freeview channels (weather permitting), a DVD player and stereo system - perfect for relaxing after a day on the mountain.

Upstairs, you’ll find three generous bedrooms:

  • a twin room with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite shower room
  • a double room with bath, twin basins and plenty of storage
  • a second twin room with bath and overhead shower
  • downstairs, just off the dining area, are three further bedrooms:
  • a compact bunk room with en-suite shower (no window)
  • a twin room with bath and shower over
  • a double bedroom with both a bath and a separate shower

This floor also features a small sauna for two, with its own shower - ideal for unwinding at the end of the day.

Please note: while the building’s ski room includes boot warmers, they are currently out of order due to a management dispute affecting the whole residence.

For larger groups or added flexibility, they also offer other apartments in the same building, including 102 (sleeps four to six), 107 (sleeps nine), and 203 (sleeps six).

Depending on the property, this company offers self-catered, 'scatered' (a mix of fully catered and self-catered), and bed and breakfast options. Please enquire to find out which catering option is available for this property.
