Located in a high-standing residence right on the slopes, this beautiful 100 m² apartment offers direct ski-in/ski-out access, with the added convenience of being just a ten-minute walk from all amenities, including shops, restaurants, ski hire, and ski lessons. Completed in December 2020, the residence features an elevator, secure code access, ski room, and rubbish room on the ground floor. Parking is available in the garage, with lift access to the apartment.

This elegant four-room apartment combines contemporary design with authentic Savoyard charm, featuring wood and stone finishes for a cosy and welcoming feel. It comfortably accommodates up to six people and boasts a north-facing balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding Solaise forest.
