Third floor 67m² duplex apartment with a south facing balcony is located near the centre of town with all amenities close by, and the lifts, swimming pool and fitness centre being only a 10-minute walk

This recently renovated apartment is ideally laid out for six people. As you enter, you are greeted by a welcoming living area featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen overlooks the dining area, which has a table that comfortably seats six.

The living area offers a large, comfy sofa and an armchair, perfect for relaxing while you watch a DVD or use the WiFi to catch up on the latest news. There is also access to the sunny, south-facing balcony. On this floor, you'll find a bathroom with a washing machine and a separate toilet, while a shower room with a toilet is located on the first floor.

The apartment also includes a covered parking space and two ski lockers. The free shuttle bus stops right next to the building, providing easy access to the Rond Point des Pistes and the Tourist Office.
