The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and inviting, with a neutral palette, rich woods, and textured fabrics creating a refined and elegant atmosphere. Carefully selected artworks add colour and vibrancy to the room, while large windows let in plenty of natural light and frame the stunning views of the La Face piste. The large dining table comfortably seats up to ten guests, perfect for long, leisurely meals with family and friends. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and ample storage space, offering the perfect blend of glamour and practicality.
The focal point of the living area is a circular central fireplace, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere. The L-shaped sofa and armchairs offer plenty of seating for up to eight guests, making this a perfect space for relaxing and socialising. A WC is conveniently located in the entrance hallway for visitors.
Descending to the sleeping floor, you'll find four stylish and uniquely decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom is a tranquil sanctuary with a double bed and stunning mountain views, while the elegant en-suite bathroom, accessed through Crittal-style doors, features a roll-top bath and a separate open shower. This room also has access to a private terrace, where guests can enjoy their morning coffee. The second bedroom is a double room with an en-suite shower room, and this room also shares access to the terrace.
Further along the hallway is a charming quad bunk room, complete with a cosy TV snug, perfect for children to watch a movie at the end of the day. A separate shower room and WC are also located nearby, shared by the bunk room and the double bedroom. The final bedroom on this floor is a double room with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower.
There is also a utility room on this floor with private laundry facilities for added convenience.
For those driving, Cala 201 offers two indoor parking spaces, each with electric charging points.
