Set right on the piste in Val d’Isère’s sought-after Rond Point area, this spacious four-bedroom apartment in L’Aquila offers convenience and a warm, chalet-style feel. You're moments from the Solaise and Bellevarde lifts, steps from the ski bus stop, and a short walk from the town’s shops and restaurants.
Spread across two floors, the apartment combines comfort and flexibility with beautiful slope-facing balconies and modern amenities. Downstairs, you’ll find three en-suite bedrooms, including a generous master suite with a whirlpool bath and private balcony. Bedroom two is ideal for families or groups, with three single beds that can be arranged as a triple, twin or double with daybed. Bedroom three offers a cosy twin or double setup.
Upstairs, the open-plan living and dining area has plenty of space for eight guests to relax. There’s a flat-screen TV with IPTV (including international channels, catch-up and films), a sound system, and a choice of sofas and armchairs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, plus a breakfast bar and dining table. There’s also a fourth en-suite bedroom on this floor, with its own balcony overlooking the slopes.
Additional features include a ski locker with boot racks (note: boot warmers not in service), Wi-Fi, a travel cot, and washing machine. The residence itself blends wood and stone in traditional Alpine style, and the balconies offer superb views of the mountains and village.
