The open-plan living area has a kitchen featuring white cabinetry, dark work surfaces, and all essential appliances including an oven, electric hob, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and Nespresso machine. The cosy lounge centres around a log fireplace, with wood included during your stay, and plenty of seating for relaxing and reading. The dining area includes a circular table with ample seating for all guests.
An open staircase leads to a mezzanine level, perfect as a quiet lounge or children’s play area, complete with a sofa, desk, and large French TV. Bedroom three on this level is a versatile family room with a double bed, bunk beds, an extra single bed, a sofa, and generous storage. A second bathroom with a shower, WC, and basin is located next to this bedroom.
Step out onto the balcony from the living room to enjoy breathtaking views of the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy ski area.
Additional amenities include fibre-optic internet for fast, reliable connectivity, one allocated parking space outside, a ski boot warmer, ski locker in the basement, washing machine, and separate dryer.
