Entering through the main door on the third floor, you’ll be greeted by a spacious ski and boot room, with ample storage for your equipment. The adjacent reception area offers plenty of room for coats and winter accessories. As you move through, you’ll be drawn into the open-plan lounge and dining area, where double-height ceilings and large windows flood the space with natural light. The living area is the epitome of sophistication, with a plush L-shaped sofa and armchairs that offer the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the panoramic views. A wood-burning fireplace is built into the wall alongside a large screen TV. Step through the glass doors onto the wide balcony to enjoy an apéro in the fading embers of the day. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining space, where a sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped for catering and looks over the generous dining table, which seats up to eight guests.
The first of the four bedrooms is located on the opposite side of the entrance hall, along with a guest WC. This en-suite bedroom is the smallest but still offers a comfortable and stylish retreat. A short staircase leads to the next floor, where you’ll find two spacious en-suite bedrooms, both featuring mounted TVs and shower rooms. One of these bedrooms opens to a private balcony with exceptional south-facing views, offering a peaceful spot to relax.
The final staircase leads to the loft-style master bedroom, tucked into the eaves of the building. This stunning room is a luxurious retreat, featuring a large en-suite bathroom with both a shower-hammam and a bath. The room is equipped with a mounted TV, and the balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee while taking in the fresh alpine air and sunshine.
Guests at Grand Pré 4 have shared access to the refined spa area on the building’s first floor, which is home to a heated swimming pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a day on the slopes.
An expansive parking garage with two dedicated parking spaces, each equipped with electric car charging ports, occupies the lowest level of the building, adding convenience to your stay.
