A luxury four-bedroom ski-in, ski-out apartment with fabulous shared facilities
Nestled in one of the world’s most sophisticated ski resorts, Grand Pré has raised the bar with the completion of its stunning new residence, offering unparalleled luxury, breathtaking views, and exceptional wellness facilities. Grand Pré 2 is one of four exquisite luxury apartments within the residence, perfectly designed for families or groups of friends seeking the ultimate ski escape. Sleeping up to ten guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, this contemporary alpine retreat seamlessly blends modern elegance with a deep respect for its mountain surroundings.
Guests can ski directly back to the property, with a dedicated ski room on the ground floor to store skis and boots safely. Entering on the second floor, you'll immediately feel the warmth and welcome of this luxurious apartment. Every detail has been carefully considered, with rich, textured woods and stylish, playful décor celebrating the love of skiing and the mountains.
The open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area occupies much of the second floor, creating a sophisticated yet cosy space with a distinctive ski chalet ambiance. A wood-burning fireplace is the focal point in the living room, surrounded by a large, comfy sectional sofa adorned with faux fur cushions and two poufs. This creates the perfect spot for unwinding after a day on the slopes, while large windows and two sets of double glass doors lead to the balcony. In the spring months, this will be an ideal place to savour the last rays of sunshine.
Behind the living area, the well-equipped kitchen is sleek and functional, offering plenty of counter space for food preparation and ample storage to keep everything clutter-free. A raised breakfast bar with four stylish bar chairs provides the perfect spot for quick breakfasts or casual dinners. The dining area adjoins the living room and boasts a large, contemporary wooden table that seats up to ten people. Thoughtful lighting and a mix of wood, leather, and iron elements throughout create a timeless, inviting atmosphere.
Heading down to the first floor, you'll find the apartment’s four beautiful bedrooms. Designed with a neutral palette and complemented by rich fabrics, each room is named after a local animal, with striking wrought-iron sculptures of each animal displayed behind the beds, adding a touch of personality and elegance.
Bedroom One: A double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and access to the terrace, allowing natural light to flood the room.
Bedroom Two: Another double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a private toilet.
Master Bedroom: The most spacious of the rooms, featuring a desk and chair, a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, and access to the terrace.
Bedroom Four: A quad bunk room, perfect for families or friends, sleeping up to four guests in adult-sized beds. This room has an en-suite shower room and a dedicated WC nearby.
The apartment also features a laundry room with a washer and dryer, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
For ultimate relaxation, guests have access to the shared spa area on the building's first floor, which includes a heated swimming pool with an endless current and submerged jet spa. A sauna adds to the tranquil space, providing a perfect retreat for sore muscles after a day on the slopes.
An expansive parking garage on the lower level of the building includes two dedicated parking spaces, each equipped with electric car charging points.
