This spacious apartment is situated in the Les Carats area which is perched just above Val d'Isere and has fantastic views over resort with the possibility to ski back to your door via the Face piste.
Ideal for experienced skiers, you can ski directly back to the property from the Face de Bellevarde, or enjoy a short seven-minute walk to the town centre. The Diamant building sits at the base of the Carats complex, closer to the slopes and just minutes from the Bellevarde and Solaise lifts.
This spacious and comfortable duplex apartment is arranged over two floors. On entry, a cloakroom area provides ample space for coats, ski boots and gear before leading to a generous open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen features a high-top breakfast bar with stools, a large fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven and dishwasher. The dining table comfortably seats eight, with an extension insert if needed.
The living area is furnished with leather sofas and two upholstered chairs, a flat-screen television with internet TV offering UK channels including live Sky, BBC, ITV, catch-up TV, documentaries, movies and box sets, as well as an iPod music facility. A second separate living space with sofas, armchairs and TV creates a perfect quiet zone for children or readers.
A balcony at the front faces south-east with views over the Solaise mountain sector and Manchet Valley.
The fourth bedroom on this floor boasts a queen bed, generous storage and an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, heated towel rail and separate WC.
