Les Choucas is a fabulous residence in the heart of Val d'Isere. It is a short walk up to the piste and you are right in town, close to all amenities. However, noise is not a problem as the property is set back from the road.
The apartment occupies the top two floors of the building, with vaulted ceilings and beautiful natural light. Unique to this penthouse is a fuel fireplace - a rare feature in the residence - and a stunning open-plan living area designed for relaxing in style. Stretch out on the large L-shaped sofa, curl up by the fire in one of the armchairs, or enjoy a family movie on the projector and cinema screen. Glass doors open onto a balcony that runs the width of the apartment.
The kitchen is sleek and well equipped with a black stone worktop, large fridge, wine fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The dining area seats ten comfortably.
The first of the four bedrooms is on the main floor - a cosy double with en-suite shower and Smart TV. Head downstairs and you’ll find the remaining bedrooms, including a family room with bunks and a double bed, a queen-size double with en-suite, and a luxurious master suite. The master bedroom has a Japanese soaking tub, separate open shower, chaise longue, and access to the steam room, which can also be reached from the family bathroom.
All bedrooms come with Smart TVs, ample storage, and desks for remote working. A second balcony connects the lower-floor bedrooms, and extra features include a ski room, Wi-Fi, high-tech sound system, lift access, and underground parking for two vehicles.
