La Balme is a charming residence located on Route de Balme in Val d’Isere, only a short walk from the town centre. The apartment is on the second floor of a building without a lift, but the stairs are manageable and well worth it for the great location.
The apartment combines modern comforts with a cosy Savoyarde style, featuring a mix of old and new wood throughout. The hallway offers plenty of hanging space and convenient cupboards housing a washing machine. Opposite the hallway is a light and airy shower room with a WC and basin.
The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sitting room with a large sofa and additional seating, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, four-ring hob, dishwasher, and a full-length fridge freezer. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining table ideal for meals with family or friends.
The apartment has three bedrooms: a double bedroom with ample storage, a larger room with twin beds that zip together to form a double plus solid bunk beds, and a second double bedroom that’s compact but cosy. There is also a second bathroom with a shower and WC, adding extra convenience.
