Chalet Mowgli is a beautifully designed independent chalet spread across four spacious floors, sleeping up to ten guests. Ideally located on Route de la Balme, it offers easy access to both the slopes and the centre of Val d’Isère, while remaining tucked away in a quiet spot for peaceful evenings.

The chalet blends Alpine charm with modern design, featuring natural stone, warm wood accents and elegant finishes throughout. The heart of the home is the first-floor open-plan living area — a bright and sociable space with a large dining table, breakfast bar and L-shaped sofa surrounding a modern fireplace. A balcony opens off the living area for fresh mountain air and scenic views.

After a day on the slopes, unwind in the private spa area with jacuzzi, sauna and shower, or enjoy a film in the separate TV room. A dedicated ski room with boot warmers and generous parking, including a garage, ensures a smooth start and end to each day.

Sleeping arrangements are flexible, with five well-appointed bedrooms all en-suite, spread across the lower and upper levels. The layout and space make Chalet Mowgli a fantastic option for families or groups of friends seeking both comfort and convenience in Val d’Isère.

Dining

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.

'Scatered' - (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:

Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams

3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine

Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change

Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay, tissues and toilet rolls

'Bed & Breakfast'

Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain aux chocolates, butter & jams, French bacon & eggs, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea & coffee
