Set in the charming old town of Val d’Isère, Squaw Valley is a smart residence located right by the church, just steps from the piste and close to everything you need. You’ll find shops, restaurants and ski lifts all within easy reach, making this one of the most convenient locations in the resort.
This first-floor apartment includes underground parking for one vehicle and a ski locker on the ground floor. Inside, the main living space is open plan, with a well-equipped kitchen to the right featuring a four-ring electric hob, oven, large fridge with small freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. The dining table seats eight and sits just in front of the kitchen, ideal for relaxed meals after a day on the slopes.
The sitting area is at the far end of the room with an L-shaped sofa facing the TV, plus a lounge chair with footstool and a leather club chair - offering a comfortable space for everyone to unwind. A large balcony wraps around the apartment, accessible from the living area as well as the bunk and master bedrooms, and provides a glimpse of the mountains beyond.
There are three bedrooms:
- a spacious double bunk room with two sets of bunk beds (sleeping up to four) and a wardrobe.
- a double room with standard double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe.
- The master bedroom, set down a few stairs at the end of the corridor, has its own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower attachment, sink and WC, plus a double bed and additional storage.
The remaining two bedrooms share a separate shower room, and there is a separate WC opposite.
Families with young children are well catered for, with a Stokke high chair, travel cot with mattress and children’s cutlery provided.
