The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with three Ligne Roset sofas, leather armchairs, and a fireplace for cosy evenings in. A south-facing balcony off the living room offers sunny views across the Solaise and Bellevarde slopes. The owners have furnished the apartment with a minimalist but warm touch, and every detail has been carefully considered to ensure comfort.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge-freezer. Meals can be enjoyed around the adjoining dining table, making the space ideal for socialising after a day on the mountain.
The apartment has three bedrooms: two doubles (one with a built-in bed positioned against the wall) and a cleverly designed quad room with four robust bunk-style beds, suitable for adults or children. Two modern bathrooms have been recently renovated - one with a walk-in shower, the other with a bath and shower - plus there’s a separate WC with basin.
