Christmas in Val d'Isère

Join in the party every day in the lead up to Christmas.

There will be decoration making at the elves cabin on 23 December at the tourist office, torchlit descents by the ski school throughout the holiday period, plus music concerts, parades through the streets, markets, beautiful street lights, après-ski events and the highlight of the festivities: the arrival of Father Christmas. Keep the little ones entertained and pop along here for a week of festive entertaining 

On Christmas Eve there is a Christmas carol concert held at the tourist office and the big man, Father Christmas, arrives on his magic sleigh delivering presents.
Enjoy the traditional foods eaten in France over Christmas including platters of seafood and oysters, foie gras and chocolate... and make sure you book a restaurant early as they will get busy.
