As the name suggests, this bright and contemporary apartment faces due south, enjoying sunshine all day long. Its prime location right on the piste means you're away from the main roads, yet only a short walk from the centre of the resort, with its wide selection of shops, bars, and restaurants.

The apartment’s interior exudes an inviting alpine charm, with warm wooden panelling on the walls and parquet flooring throughout. The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area features large windows on two sides, letting in an abundance of natural light and offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Glass doors open onto the large south-facing balcony, where you can bask in the sun or watch skiers glide past your door. The lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large armchair, creating a cosy space to unwind after a day on the slopes. For entertainment, you'll find a flat-screen TV with French channels and some international ones (CNN, Bloomberg, BBC News 24), a DVD player, and wifi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a self-catered holiday, and there is a dining table with seating for eight in the lounge. If you prefer dining out, you’re only 300m from the heart of the resort with a variety of restaurants to choose from.

Guests also have access to a ski/boot room within the residence, where you can securely store your gear.
