La Table des Neiges Restaurant, Val d'Isere

A renowned hotel restaurant providing a fine dining experience

Featured in: | Updated

This restaurant is a highly regarded restaurant of a hotel located right in the heart of Val d'Isere, just a short walk from the pistes. It is open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week to guests of the hotel and external gourmets alike.

Their Chef, Mr Jérôme Labrousse, creates a gastronomic, inventive cuisine based on local and regional specialities that go far beyond the basics of the traditional cuisine you can find elsewhere.

An extensive set menu is offered each evening with the option of dining "à la carte" if you prefer. Special buffets are prepared on certain nights during the week with the Dessert Buffet on Wednesday evenings and the Seafood Buffet on Fridays being particularly noteworthy.

The restaurant also has an extensive wine cellar to delve into with the help of the knowledgeable sommelier who will be happy to recommend a suitable bottle to accompany your meal.

This restaurant is a popular choice so booking in advance is highly recommended. Open every day for dinner in winter.

  • "Cocktails beforehand in the stylish, comfortable bar were good if a little pricey. Restaurant beautifully laid out with good separation of tables. Meal excellent and good-sized portions too. This is posh nosh for skiers' appetites." - Trip Advisor
  • "This is the fifth year we have stayed at the hotel and taken advantage of the restaurant. The food is always fantastic and even though we only ate the set menu as much care and detail is taken with this as with the Al a carte. Friday night seafood buffet is fantastic and can rival any seafood buffet you may have experienced. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, many thanks to Nicholas for looking after us so well and for his staff who made our stay special. The cheese trolley is just too tempting." - Trip Advisor
  • "The menu looks interesting, its creatively put together and incredibly well executed. We were so pleasantly taken aback the quality - it ranks up there with any big city Michelin starred restaurant. The service keeps up with expectations too." - Trip Advisor
