Artist Zoë Kronberger's work explores the theme of the mountain as mistress, both seductive and scary, enticing people to conquer it yet holding out unreachable challenges.
Zoë has been inspired by her relationship with the mountain landscape since arriving in Val d'Isère in 1990. This exhibition covers key themes and subjects that have informed her painting and music over the years.
Many of her works focus on skiers captured in the middle of dynamic explosive movements, yet moving with grace and fluidity.
