This smart apartment is in a small residences building just 300m from the piste and 400m from the town centre and is therefore ideal for keen skiers and party goers alike.
This charming third-floor apartment is just the right size for four people, with two cosy bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms. The décor blends warmth and style, featuring plush blue Ligne Roset sofas, a classic leather chair, rich wooden accents, and elegant tiling in the bathrooms.
The apartment is in ‘Melezes’, a smart residence just a short walk from the town centre, the Solaise lifts, and the Olympique cable car. Thanks to its vaulted ceiling and panoramic windows, the space feels bright and airy.
Step inside and you will find plenty of storage for coats, with shelves for gloves and hats and a mat for outdoor shoes. Ski boots can be stored in the boot room downstairs.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is designed for relaxed gatherings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring electric hob, a full-sized oven, a large fridge, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, and the added convenience of a washer/dryer. The dining table seats eight and sits just in front of the kitchen, while the west-facing balcony - accessible from both the dining and living areas - offers a lovely spot to unwind.

This apartment is the perfect size for four people with two bedrooms. One bedroom being a twin or double room with ensuite, and the other is a twin room.

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

'Bed & Breakfast'
