This apartment is in one of the best location in Val d'Isere as the shops, bars and restaurants are just around the corner and the slopes are 30 seconds walk from your front door. Noise is not an issue as the apartment is on the backside of the residence.
This property is owned by dedicated skiers, so you can be sure it’s a home filled with character, not just a rental. Unlike many properties that can feel sparse and impersonal, this one is truly lived in. The thoughtful touches, such as board games, a reading light above each sofa, and plenty of comfortable seating (three sofas, not just one or two), make this apartment a welcoming ski retreat.
As you enter, you’ll find a hallway with a ski boot dryer and a cupboard for your ski kit. Off the hallway is a bedroom, along with a large chest of drawers and a hanging rail.
The apartment covers a spacious 100m2, with a large open-plan sitting room featuring three comfy sofas arranged around a central fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The warm, cosy vibe is enhanced by a roaring log fire, and plenty of English board games are available for after-dinner entertainment.
On one side of the open-plan space, the circular dining table comfortably seats up to ten people, and it’s separated from the kitchen by a convenient island work unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a proper oven (not just a microwave-sized one), a four-ring electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and fridge.
From the living room, you can step out onto a balcony with a stunning view of the Solaise and Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy.
Sleeping
The apartment sleeps up to eight people in four bedrooms. There is one double room, one twin en-suite room and two further twin rooms. There are also two separate bathrooms in the apartment.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay
- tissues and toilet rolls
OR
'Bed & Breakfast'
- Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain au chocolates, butter & jams, french bacon & egg, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea, coffee,
