Just a few steps from the slopes, it offers a fantastic location for keen skiers. The residence does not have a lift but includes a private ski room, a garage, and easy access to rubbish disposal via city containers in the street. A free shuttle stop nearby provides convenient transport to the Rond Point ski runs, serving the entire area from La Daille to Le Fornet.
This seven-room duplex apartment spans 150m² and comfortably accommodates twelve guests. Situated on the first and top floors of the residence, it boasts a large South/West-facing balcony with beautiful mountain views.
