L’Aquila is the new name for the former Maeva building at Rond Point. Purchased by a developer, the building has undergone a complete restoration under the expert eye of Alain Perrier, a renowned local architect with an impressive portfolio of high-end properties designed and built by his firm.

This floor features several generously proportioned apartments, a rare luxury in Alpine properties. The façade combines wood and stone, in perfect harmony with the traditional architecture of Val d’Isère, while the balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes and peaks. No 102 is located on one floor and offers an open-plan sitting room, with a double sofa bed and two comfortable armchairs on one side, and a dining area on the other. The dining table comfortably seats six people. The kitchen is open to the main room and includes a four-ring hob, a full-sized oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

A balcony is accessible from both the sitting room and the master bedroom, offering views towards the Bellevarde and Solaise mountain sectors.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to six guests in tow bedrooms. The master bedroom is en-suite with a bath, shower attachment, sink and WC. The second bedroom is a twin with bunk beds (no window), storage and an en-suite shower room. The living room has a double sofa bed.

Dining

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.

'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:

  • Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
  • 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
  • Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
  • Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

'Bed & Breakfast'
