This apartment is a fabulous ski-in ski-out property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area.
Just a stone’s throw from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars and a short walk to the town centre, shops, and restaurants, this apartment is perfectly located. It is also close to the starting point of the bus routes serving all Val d’Isère ski areas, making it easy to explore the slopes.
Aquila, formerly known as the Maeva building at Rond Point, has been completely transformed under the expert eye of Alain Perrier, a renowned local architect with an impressive portfolio of high-end properties. The façade blends wood and stone, staying true to the traditional charm of Val d’Isère, while the balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks and slopes. Inside, the interiors are stylishly designed with top-quality fixtures and a carefully curated furniture collection.
The apartment entrance is on the second floor, leading into a bright open-plan living space. On one side, there is comfortable seating for six, and on the other, a dining area with a table that seats eight. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a four-ring hob, a full-sized oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a dishwasher.
The sitting room opens onto a balcony with stunning views of the ‘Face Olympique’ run and the Bellevarde mountain sector. A second balcony, offering the same breathtaking outlook, is located on the upper floor.

Sleeping
The apartment can accommodate six guests. A spacious master suite upstairs with an en-suite bathroom with full-size bath with a shower attachment, double sinks and a separate (but en-suite) WC. A twin bedroom (which can be converted into a double) is also on this floor with a shower room including WC, that is also used for the twin bedroom located downstairs. All three bedrooms have access to a balcony. A separate third WC is also included downstairs off the entrance area.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay
- tissues and toilet rolls

'Bed & Breakfast'
