L'Aquila is a fantastic ski-in ski-out property located right at the foot of the slopes in the popular Rond Point area of Val d’Isère. Just a stone’s throw from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants, it offers superb convenience. The nearby bus stops provide easy access to all ski areas across the resort.
Apartment No 203 spans two floors, with the entrance on the second (lower) floor. This leads to an open-plan living area featuring comfortable seating for six and a dining table that seats eight. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with a four-ring hob, standard oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.
Two balconies offer stunning views towards the “Face Olympique” run and Bellevarde mountain sector, one accessible from the sitting room and the other on the upper floor.
The spacious master suite is located upstairs, complete with ample storage, an en-suite bathroom featuring a full-size bath with shower attachment, double sinks and a separate en-suite WC. Also upstairs is a twin bedroom with storage just outside on the landing. A shower room with WC, serving the twin bedroom downstairs, is also located on the upper floor, while a separate WC is available downstairs off the entrance area.
The apartment includes Freeview Sky TV and underground parking for one vehicle. Please note that the boot warmers in the ski room are currently not working due to a dispute with the management company.
The building also houses several other apartments, accommodating from four to twelve guests.
