This bright, three-bedroom apartment is perfectly placed in the heart of Val d’Isère, just a minute’s walk from the slopes and close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Part of a popular building known for its great location and practical layout, this ground-floor home offers everything you need for a memorable ski holiday.
The spacious open-plan living area features two comfortable sofas, a SMART TV with UK Freeview channels, stereo system and access to a large south-facing terrace. The terrace overlooks the Solaise and Bellevarde mountain sectors, providing a sunny spot to relax and soak up the views. A small drinks fridge is tucked in the corner to complement the large fridge in the kitchen.
The kitchen is the largest in the building, with stone countertops, a large fridge, separate three-drawer freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. The dining table seats comfortably with a mix of chairs and bench seating.
The apartment’s three bedrooms provide flexibility and comfort. The master is a double with ample storage and an en-suite shower room with WC. Bedroom two can be set up as a double or twins and includes an en-suite shower and sink. Bedroom three also converts from twin to double and benefits from a nearby bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and heated towel rail. A separate WC is located in the hallway.
Additional conveniences include a ski locker in the secure basement, a boot warmer for five pairs of boots, washing machine and tumble dryer, and exterior parking for one vehicle.
