This well-located apartment in the sought-after Rond Point area offers true ski-in ski-out convenience. Step out the door, cross the road and you're straight onto the piste. At the end of the day, ski back from either Solaise or Bellevarde and be home within two minutes. The town centre is just across the piste, making it easy to walk to shops, restaurants and ski school.
Families will appreciate the short walk to the ski school meeting points, while the free Val d’Isère bus service stops just outside the residence - ideal if you’d prefer to start or finish your day in Fornet or La Daille.
Inside, the apartment is finished to a high standard with a granite kitchen, stainless appliances and underfloor heating. The open-plan living area includes a leather sofa and armchair, TV with limited UK Freeview channels, a DVD player and stereo. The sofa can convert into a bed if you’d like to spread out, though occupancy is limited to four.
The kitchen is well-equipped with a four-ring hob, combi microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (capsules available from the office) and kettle. A dining table with bench and chairs sits just alongside.
The main bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of storage and a balcony with table and chairs. The second bedroom is a compact bunk room with proper single beds, storage and a window. The bathroom has a bath with overhead rain shower, glass screen, sink and heated towel rail.
