This renovated apartment is situated just around the corner from the main lifts of Solaise, Bellevard, and the Olympique cable car, and is within easy walking distance of the resort centre.
Decorated to the highest standards, this 100m² apartment is located on the first floor.
The spacious open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area opens onto a south-facing balcony with breathtaking views towards the Solaise mountain sector. The large L-shaped sofa offers a comfy spot to relax with a glass of wine while watching the snow fall or catching up on a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with DVD player. Free WiFi is available throughout.
Behind the lounge, you'll find the large wooden dining table, comfortably seating eight guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, featuring a four-ring hob, separate oven, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, as well as a washing machine and dryer.
For added convenience, the apartment has boot warmers in the ski locker, French TV with TNT box, and a Bose stereo system with an iPod and phone cable.
Sleeping
The apartment can sleep up to eight in three bedrooms which are configured as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Bunk room with 2 single bunks at you enter on the left and a double set of bunks on the right. This room has its own wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bath with shower and sink.
- Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with an en-suite shower, sink, WC and good wardrobe storage.
- Bedroom 3: Double en-suite shower with sink & WC and a ladder up to a storage area for bags if required.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

OR
'Bed & Breakfast'
- Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain aux chocolats, butter & jams, french bacon & egg, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea & coffee

On arrival in resort you need to go to the Mountain Rooms & Chalets office to collect your keys and pay your damage deposit. You will then be directed to your property.
The office is open 08:30-20:00 Saturday, 08:30-12:00 & 15:30-20:00 Sunday-Friday.
