Aquila 101 Apartment
6 bedroom Apartment in Val d'Isere. Sleeps 12
L'Aquila is a fabulous ski in/out property located right at the foot of the ski slopes at the Rond Point area. It is a stone's throw away from the Solaise and Bellevarde cable cars, and a short walk to the town centre, shops and restaurants. The property is located very close to the starting point of the bus routes to all Val d’Isere ski areas.
L’Aquila was purchased by a developer and underwent a complete restoration under the expert guidance of Alain Perrier, a renowned local architect with an impressive portfolio of high-end properties.
The building’s façade blends wood and stone, perfectly reflecting the traditional architecture of Val d'Isère, while the balconies offer breathtaking views of the surrounding slopes and peaks. Inside, stylish designs, top-quality fixtures, and custom furniture were selected specifically for L’Aquila.
Apartment No. 101 spans two floors. The entrance, on the first floor, leads into a hallway with a bench and a cupboard for ski coats. A WC with a sink is conveniently located off the entrance. A few steps down, you’ll find the dining area, with the kitchen to the right. The large dining table comfortably seats 12 people and overlooks the expansive outdoor terrace.
The modern kitchen features a high work surface with three stools for use as a breakfast bar. It’s fully equipped with a four-ring electric hob, a proper-sized oven, separate microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, separate dryer, large fridge with small freezer, kettle, and toaster. Just around the corner, the sitting room is furnished with two large sofas, four chairs, and a large flat-screen French TV with a DVD player and stereo.
