Les Choucas is a fabulous residence in the heart of Val d'Isere. It is a short walk up to the piste and you are right in town, close to all the shops, restaurants and other amenities.
Despite its central location, this second-floor apartment remains peaceful, set well back from the high street. Decorated to a high standard, it embraces its Alpine setting with elegant Ralph Lauren fabrics throughout. Parking is available in the basement for one vehicle, and a ski locker is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Les Choucas was developed by an experienced Parisian developer known for his portfolio of prestigious chalets and apartment buildings. The quality of craftsmanship is evident throughout, with stylish, high-spec fixtures and fittings.
Step inside, and you will find a cupboard to your right for outdoor clothing before the space opens up into a welcoming open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area.
Living area – A cosy and inviting space with two plush sofas and armchairs, a flat-screen TV with full UK SKY satellite channels and French channels, a DVD player, a stereo, and Wi-Fi. The sitting room leads onto a balcony with a small table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For those who need to work or study while away, there is a desk tucked into the corner.
Kitchen – Beautifully designed with a sleek black stone worktop, the kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven and grill, a four-ring electric hob, a separate microwave, a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, and a washer/dryer in one. A kettle and toaster complete the setup.
Dining area – Positioned in front of the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats six, making it an ideal space for relaxed meals after a day on the slopes.
Sleeping
The apartment can sleep six guests. The master suite has a queen sized double bed, en-suite bathroom including full-size bath with shower head. Bedroom two is a twin bedroom and bedroom three is a bunk room ideal for two children or the beds can sleep adults comfortably.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

'Bed & Breakfast'
