The White Battle Video, Val d'Isere 2009
The first (and last?) White Battle
The White Battle was a local organised and run competition. Twelve teams made up of a skier, snowboarder and rookie went head to head in a knock-out comp. Each team had to pull the best tricks they could off the kicker at the bottom of the Face to go through to the next round.
The teams represented local companies like La Folie Deuce, Dick's T Bar and the Val d'Isere board park.
There were drinks, food and music for the crowds and a festival atmosphere throughout the night.
It was the first comp of it's kind, but hopefully not the last.
