Renovated apartment located on the 4th floor of the residence, with a North facing balcony with view onto the mountains.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, induction stove, hood, dishwasher, and a wine fridge. The living room exudes a warm ambiance, featuring a large comfy corner sofa with throws, a closed fireplace, and a television with home cinema system. An iPhone charger is also available, and firewood is provided for the fireplace. The dining space, which overlooks the kitchen, is furnished with bench seating and chairs around a large wooden table. The balcony, accessible from the living area, runs the entire length of the apartment.

The apartment comes with two covered parking spaces (n°357 and 356) in Le Garage des Andes, with an entrance near the City Hall. It also includes WiFi access and three ski lockers (n°62, 63, and 64) for your convenience.

Sleeping

The apartment sleeps up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with washing machine/tumble dryer and a separate toilet. Bedroom 2 is south facing with a double bed and an open shower room/basin space. Bedroom 3 is on the first floor under 1.80m, is north facing and has a double bed. There is also a mezzanine with 1 single bed.

Dining

This property is let on a self-catering basis, however, this doesn’t mean you need to cook for yourself! There are a number of private chefs you can book who can prepare your meals for the full week or the odd night. Alternatively, you could opt for a food delivery service.
