Situated close to the pistes, within a hotel in the heart of Val d'Isere this contemporary restaurant is specialised in pierrade.

Fully refurbished, this restaurant offers a very novel concept: every table has a Pierrade machine where you can cook your own food. Their menu has something for everyone, from meat lovers with selections of beef, veal, duck and chicken, seafood lovers with combinations of fish, scallops and prawns, and vegetarians.

The pierrades are served a selection of sauces: Tartar, Pepper, Bearnaise, Shallot and Butter, as well as sides including green salad, crozets with cheese, potatoes or chips.

Open from November to May, every day from 19:00 to 22:00.

  • "The menu offers a choice of several types of meat/seafood/vegetables for customers to cook themselves on a hot stone. My husband and I ate here twice during a week's stay at the hotel - both times I had the beef/veal combo and he had the beef. There is a good selection of dipping sauces to choose from and portion sizes are good. The wine list is short but the prices are not silly and the the local Savoie wines are good. I would recommend this restaurant for couples and small groups as it is not large." - Trip Advisor
