The week-long competition is organised by Altigliss – Grenoble's Ecole de Management student club – and over 1,000 students are expected to attend from around 25 countries.
Students compete in a range of challenges over the course of the week: Ski, Mountain and Village. The Altigliss Ski Challenge constitutes five events: GS, BoarderCross, Big Air, a Special Slalom and Parallel Team Slalom.
The Mountain Challenge is a fun and interactive way to explore Val d'Isère where teams will take part in a combination of sports and adventure events such as orienteering, running and a treasure hunt. The Village Challenge basically involves being as mad as you can be with prizes for the best parties, outfits and crazy events.
If you're looking for a quiet holiday, it may be best to give this week a miss but if partying is your thing, then it's sure to be one of the highlights of the season in Val d'Isère.
