Val d'Isere Dump Alert: 4th April 2019

At long last, after an extended period of high pressure, we’ve finally had some snow. What we’ve received will give us a few days of winter powder snow to enjoy!

The new snow will also clean up all the messy tracks and we should have a ‘clean’ fresh canvas for some excellent spring snow once the sun comes back out. Between 5 and 15cm have fallen and more snow is forecast to fall until the early afternoon today. After such a long drought, it will be more than enough to open up some off-piste options while the piste skiing remains exceptionally good.
