This apartment has become one of the most popular properties due to its size, décor and location.

It is a modern, recently developed apartment on the first floor of a small residence right in the heart of town. It is the best location in Val d'Isere as the shops are just around the corner, the slopes are under a minute's walk and you have a bar on your doorstep. Noise is not an issue as this apartment is at the rear of the property, and the bar is well insulated and noise proof. We have never had a complaint about noise from any of our guests residing in this building.

The owners have adopted a minimalist approach but they have tastefully furnished the apartment to make it an extremely homely place to stay. They like to use it too so every detail has been considered.

The hallway has a ski boot dryer, racks for boots and a cupboard for ski jackets. It is 100m2 so offers space and comfort. It has very spacious open plan living accommodation with three sofas, large French flat screen TV, video and the fireplace to enhance the atmosphere. The dining area and kitchen are on the other side of the open plan layout. The owners have fully equipped the kitchen with everything you need with a proper size oven, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer.

There is a balcony off the living room that overlooks the Solaise and South Bellevarde sectors of the Espace Killy. You can soak up the sun and take in the view. The accommodation comprises two double bedrooms and a very cleverly designed Quad room where there are four extremely solidly built "bunk style" beds (suitable for both adults and children). The bathroom includes basin, bath, shower attachment, washing machine, dryer. The separate shower room also has a basin and WC.

Sleeping

The apartment can accommodate eight guests in three bedrooms. Comprising of two double bedrooms and a very cleverly designed quad room where there are four extremely solidly built "bunk style" beds (suitable for both adults and children).

Dining

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.

'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:

  • Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
  • 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
  • Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
  • Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay
  • tissues and toilet rolls

'Bed & Breakfast'

  • Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain au chocolates, butter & jams, french bacon & egg, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea, coffee,
