Another Santons property to add to the portfolio making this their fourth apartment in this small residence.

This is such a popular building as the apartments are so close to the slopes coupled with the fact they are all spacious and light. It is one of the best locations in Val d'Isere as the shops and bars/restaurants are just around the corner and the slopes are 30 seconds walk from your front door. Noise has never been an issue either.

Opposite the front door is the first bathroom. This includes a full-size bath with a shower attachment. But in addition there is a wet area with a shower and glass panel (wet area = no actual shower base, the floor slopes down to a drain).

The main room is built for open plan living and includes a log fireplace with plenty of seating for reading and relaxing. Wood is included in the price of all holidays to enable you to make the most of this wonderful feature. There is a balcony off the living room that overlooks the Solaise and Bellevarde sector of the Espace Killy; the view is breathtaking.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a ‘proper’ size oven, four ring electric hob, large fridge (small freezer), dishwasher and kettle. The dining table sits in front of the kitchen with a circular table with ample seating for everyone.

There is Wi-Fi internet access (WEP code in property with router. Bring USB cable if you wish to hard wire into router). In addition, you will also find French TV with built in video, a separate DVD player, stereo with CD & radio, additional French TV upstairs on the mezzanine, a washing machine and dryer, parking space for one vehicle, fireplace, wood provided, balcony and a ski locker in the basement.

Sleeping

The apartment can accommodate eight people in three bedrooms. Bedrooms one and two are double bedrooms with storage and drawers. Bedroom three is a bunk room with two sets of bunks making this floor ideal for the children as it has the mezzanine next to it.

Dining

The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.

'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:

  • Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
  • 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
  • Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
  • Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay
  • tissues and toilet rolls

'Bed & Breakfast'

  • Breakfast served at an agreed time (but no later than 9.30am) on 6 mornings of the week starting Sunday morning with: freshly baked French bread, a selection of freshly baked croissants & pain au chocolates, butter & jams, french bacon & egg, breakfast cereal, selection of yoghurts, fresh fruit platter, breakfast orange juice, tea, coffee,
