This smart apartment is in a small residences building just 300m from the piste and 400m from the town centre and is therefore ideal for keen skiers and party goers alike.
This is a third-floor apartment and a perfect size for four people with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. The décor is cosy with blue Ligne Roset sofas, a leather chair, lots of wood and classic tiling in the bathrooms.
‘Melezes’ is a smart residence, only a few minutes walk from the centre of town and Solaise lifts and Olympique cable car. The vaulted ceiling and panoramic windows provide plenty of space and light.
On entry you will find plenty of cupboard storage for coats with shelves for gloves and hats and a mat for outdoor shoes. Ski boots live in the boot room downstairs.
As you can see by the pictures, the living/dining/kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is equipped with a four ring electric hob, normal sized oven, large fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and the bonus of a washer/drier. The dining table sits just in front of the kitchen with eight seats and the balcony faces West, which can be accessed from the dining or living end of the room.
Sleeping
This apartment is the perfect size for four people with two bedrooms. One bedroom being a twin or double room with ensuite, and the other is a twin room.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

'Bed & Breakfast'
