This second-floor apartment is located in a modern apartment building on the main street of Val d’Isere. The town centre is less than 5 minutes walk up the road or there is a regular shuttle bus that leaves from outside the building for access to town and the slopes.
On entry, this property has a great space to remove ski boots and outdoor shoes. It also has a bench with plenty of hanging space for all your ski kit.
You then have the main room off to the right of the hallway and the bedrooms on the left side of the property. The kitchen has cream units, a microwave, four ring electric hob, dishwasher, large fridge, normal size oven, marble wall tiles and dark stone floor. The kitchen is open plan to the living and dining room. The dining table seats six people comfortably and a new dresser sits against the far wall within this dining space. The wool curtains, large sofa and armchairs create a homely living area. A balcony runs the length of this room and overlooks the main street and up towards the Solaise mountain.
The property has two WC’s, one outside the master bedroom and the other one is off the entry hall.
Sleeping
The master bedroom has a double bed with a compact en-suite bathroom that has a bath, shower attachment, glass panel and sink. There is no WC en-suite, but the main bathroom is next to the master bedroom. Two twin bedrooms both have storage and share a second bathroom with a bath, glass panel, wall mounted shower attachment and sink.
Dining
The base price for this property is for self catering, however it is possible to rent this property with the following catering options for an additional charge.
'Scatered' (pronounced 'skay tered') - A cross between fully catered and self catered and includes the following:
- Breakfast on 6 mornings, afternoon tea consisting of home baked cake, bread and jams
- 3 evening meals with starter, main, dessert, coffee, chocolates and wine
- Daily clean of the property (6 mornings, chalet host day off Wednesday), maxi towels and bath robes, mid week towel and bath mat change
- Complimentary Clarins toiletries; 30g boxed soap, 60 ml bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided once during your stay

'Bed & Breakfast'
